OK so I found a stock I liked and made it into this:

My avatar is just an excerp from the sig as I'm sure you can see. C&C please. Also how do I rotate words in PS? I couldn't get it to move otherwise it would've been along the guitar neck.

The text looks better where it is now, filling the empty space. However the font doesn't look too suitable and is too dark for the green on the rest of the signature.

I love the effects you have on it though.

If someone wanted to put text on it or give me a tutorial for text that would work with this sig I would be very greatful

I put the text at the guitar neck for you, but I don't know what kind of effects you want for the text, so I just did whatever.

And I'm not sure if I like the text more in the corner or along the guitar neck.

It's nice but I personally prefer the text along the neck of the guitar. When it was off to the side it drew attention away from the focal, but with it along the neck I think it brings out the focal more.

I don't see any major flaws so that's good

When you have the layer selected press CTRL + T, its the shortcut for Free Transform.

Thats a good question, cause it took me forever to find out how to do it lol
