It looks as if you were to take your name, duplicate it into a new layer 5 times, and just put them all into a Dice-5. The background blue thing is a bit choppy, too.

I made this a while ago. The blue is supposed to look like that, it's like texture. But the name layer, it was a filter on GIMP, back before I moved to CS3, called Make Seamless. It's a mapping filter. It's suppose to look like that. I made like 8 different versions, so when you line them up, the ones in the corners make a full name.
