Nuuu. Nightmare Before Christmas was a great film because of the sort of quirky, dark atmosphere to it. There's a big disparity between the render and the background in that respect since the whole sig is all..bright and stuff. Go for a different approach or pick another render.

Style-wise, it's not bad.

I can't seem to make a good Chrismassy one so I'm probably not gonna enter, you however seem to have it spot on.

It's really cool and I love the background, the explosiony feel to it always gets to me ^_^
