Ok I have 2 pictures. Same width, height, size, blah blah blah

Ok all I want to do is create an animated picture that goes back and forth between these 2 pictures.

example of animation: black/white/black/white/black/white/black/white back and forth and so on and so on etc etc

I've seen sites that do this service for you.

If anyone knows of any of these sites that would be amazing, just post.

If you have no idea, post as well so I can explain.

What kind of program do you have for this? If for Photoshop, I can describe it for you very descriptively.

I have no program. I've just seen sites that say:
"enter picture here" "enter picture here"

"press enter"

then it gives you the picture or gif of the two pictures together, flipping back and forth between the two.
