I like it a lot. :) I like how you made several different colors of the background. The only thing that seems wrong to me is that big star near the bottom left corner. It just doesn't fit into the background. Try putting it into the colors like you did with the other one. Also, why are your icons so big?

I set my settings to have large icons.

I have a lesser chance of "missing" my icons when I click on them if they are bigger.

Besides, I like big icons.
