I might be able to help you. I didn't put the numbers or anything else cause I didn't feel like doing it yet. What do you think? If you have photoshop, I can give you the .psd file to it (and a tutorial on how to do the text)

Nice one. You should like have a skill icon in the top left then the numbers could be there rank with a load of zeros before.
You could like do that with every skill then if there lvl is 99 give them the platnuim one XD
