I have to say I like that background, but you probably could have done a bit more with Britney; the sig looks a bit empty at the moment as it looks like you made the background and just slapped on the render with some contrast/brightness adjustments.
Nevertheless, I reckon this is a real step up from the sigs you used to make and as I said, I love the background. If anything else, just add a border.
