this is my first tutorial so plz dont hurt me

this is what your finished product might look like
Image

1.open a document about 300x300
Image

2.make the background a darkish gray( i chose #555555 )
Image

3.make a new layer and get your elliptical marquee tool and make a perfect circle(hold shift while making it)
Image

4.make another layer and use the rectangular marquee tool and make a rectangle bar in the middle and fill it with black(fill in any unnessasay space on the sides)
Image

5.here comes the tricky part......make a new layer and use the magnetic lasso tool and make it go around the the bottom half of the circle and color it a little darker white(i used #BDBDBD)
Image

6.make a new layer and use the elliptical marquee tool again and make a small perfect cirle and put it in the middle and fill it with white(make sure its bigger than the black middle strip in the middle)
Image

7.make a new layer again then make another circle smaller than the one you put in the middle but dont put it in yet..this is where i start to get lazy(lol)
Image

8. now go back to the red part of the layer and go blending options and put everything from contour up accept outer glow for every single layer
Image

9.once your done putting those setting on every layer... go back to the top layer and move it to the middle and then your done!
Image

like i said before.....this is my first tutorial so dont hurt me and if you can....show my what youve made
