Find the font on your destop or where you saved it: im using Narnia
Image
Open it and highlight the TTF file:

Go to to your srat bar and find control panel:
Image
Open fonts:
Image
Drag the font in this should appear:
Image

Congratz your font is now use-able!

I asked ferggsy so don't worry :P
