How do I make custom brushes on Photoshop?

I have seen lots of custom-made brushes, and downloaded them, but does anyone know how to actually make them?

There is no certin way to do it, similiar to there is no certin way to make a sig. I can probably find you a few tutorials on custom brushes to get you started if you would like?

You only need to save a certain file as the Photoshop brush file type.
