darth vader sig

a dude in my clan requested a darth vader sig with a red and greyish bg, and he requested the txt to be almost so dark it was un readable...



i really like the way it looks like he has a dark aruora around him and i'm pleased with the overal outcome

His head looks like its been stretched out of proportion.

As with your other one, its a bit too contrasted. Not so much this time, but it is visible on the background. You do seem to be using the same style background, like the same brush or something, quite a lot; use something different. There are many great PS brushes on deviantart. Look for Abstract Vs Grunge 2 by Alias. Or alternatively, stick with the ones you've got, but add something else, like a fractal or something.

The blur around darth vader isnt too good either. I know loads of people say "blur the edges for blending", but to be quite honest, i think thats a rubbish idea. All of my sigs, i erase the edges with a relatively large brush, sometimes making the edges seem a little ghostly, but it works better than the edges of the person or whatever being horribly smudged.

Also, you've used that same font again. PM me, with your msn address or email address, and i will send you some of my favourite fonts. I'll also explain how to get them working.

Im going to give you a 7/10 overall.
