How do you take a picture from paint and put on Signature?

Steps:

-first save your picture you made in paint as a .png or .jpeg (RSB&B doesn't allow .bmp)
-then go to http://www.imageshack.com
-upload the image you want in your signature
-copy the direct link to image from imageshack
-go to your profile
-put [img]your%20direct%20link%20to%20image%20goes%20here[/img] in your signature
-done!
