halloween banner (not underbanner)

hey i need a banner that has a halloween feel (its goin in my clan october newsletter) if possible i want a rs ghost and the maskes and stuff and spooky stuff

K I'll give it a try. But the size might not be exact because this forum is stretches depending on your screen revolution. I'm gonna make it the size of the banner here (width size).
