Runescape Elites (104+ Future Applicant, 108+ Member)

Imagine every single member being a leader in his own way.

Everyone having the attitude to help others and improve themselves all the time,
knowing their own strong and weak points.
Respecting it when another member is better in something...
Using their own talents in order to have their clan-mates using theirs at full power.
No individual desire for recognition, glory or power.
Just feeling honored to be what they are and do what they must.

Every person in this clan is this clan... not a person in the clan but a part of the whole...
If every piece does the exact job he must do the whole can't break.
If every little detail works well, if everyone does his job and nothing more or less....

I'll join, I'll probably be a bit inactive at the moment though.
