45+ combat or 45 Range or 45 Magic or 45 Hitpoints
2 other skills over level 40 (preferebly cooking, fishing, mining, smithing)
the ability to stay active in the clan
p.s there are several positions as leaders in the clan if you can follow all the rules there is a good chance you could make a leader.
