70+ Combat
or
65+ Combat with + Able to do fire blast
or
65+ Combat with + 65 Range
AND BE ACTIVE ON THE FORUMS!!!
Note: We may allow exceptions.. but only if your close to the level... also if you have friend in the clan requirements are reduced by 5
