world map

why doesn't rsbandb.com have a world map or any other maps? this would be really awesome if we did. that way i don't have to open up the messed up runehq.com link. it seems to me that runehq.com is going down hill and none of the pages work. so why don't we have maps like they have? and if we can't why cant we?

RuneHQ got a new template so the pages sometimes appear error. Probably because of your cache. Clean that by doing Crtl+F5.
Runescape Bits and Bytes has the access to all the RuneHQ database. They have the permission to use there database on our site. Our Admins didn't put it up is because of bandwidth problems. Last time, we switched to another host. But the host didn't want to host us. You'll have to wait till we get a better host. :wink:

OK, maybe other maps, but world map?!? whats the point of putting up a world map? it's available on the runescape site right above the game client. When we get a new server, we will be able to expand more hopefully.

Some of runehq's pages are still a little bit messed up because they have just moved to a new server, and got a new layout.

agreed with mike we dont need a world map here even if i do need to look there is a link on rs window...seeing as i use this site now for preety much every thing otehr maps would be usefull

Totally agreed. Whats the points besides wasting bandwidth.

Unless the Map is changed somehow, like added new contents and special feature

You are right, there's already a good world map on the runescape main site.
It's almost always updated and can even be opened while playing runescape.
Although, it's not very fast at opening.
