Where can we post to look for a clan that is willing to fight my clan in clan wars or something else. Do we post in events?

You could post it in events as long as you have a time and date.

We don't really have much of a clan community here though, so I'm not sure if you'll have any luck finding a match.

Probably be a better idea to look in recruitment and find a clan on a similar level to yours then private message the person responsible for the post.
