Problem with goal sigs

I dunno why, but whenever i try to make a goal sig i fill in my name, select the skill and then the select style and create signature bits are just like frozen and i cant do anything with them. how do i fix this ?

It appears to be working fine for me. You may have hit the page during a server hickup or something.
