For the magic caculator...what is the number of spells based on, I mean like is it based on the highest you can hit or the like how many of them you have to cast if you keep on hitting 0's.

The number of spells you need to cast is based on an "average" damage.. half the max hit. Obviously, if you are wearing rune armor you will need to cast more then what it says... and if you are wearing the highest magic attack bonus you can, you might have to cast less then what the calculator says. This is one of the least accurate calcs because we cannot be totally sure on the players accuracy of hitting the target, and it is random on the game.

It should be used as a guideline only in buying runes, you may have to do more or less spells then what it says, depending on what you are wearing.

All non-damage spells should be totally accurate though.

Yup, it should be accurate for any non-damage spells.
