Actually he isn't currently listed on leaderboards, it just shows his stats.
There are activity requirements on the forums for being in the community high scores. I wont say exactly what they are but.. your last login to the forums was over a week ago. The community high scores are meant to represent the current active community on the site.
It is likely that the script will re-add you back to the highscores tonight or tomorrow night. Your progress history and accomplishments are still there, it just hides inactive members of the community.
