I just had to register a second time and with same name

I just registered last week to the forum. I go to view it today and I cannot log in. I checked my email and yes, I did sign up with this name. I tryed to register again with the same name I registered as before and it went through. Now I am like WTF? Can someone tell me why I was no longer in the database?

You probably registered when we were on the new host. everything done on the new host was deleted cause we moved back to the old one.

Ok, thanks. I probly did sign up then. It was like 1 or 2 days before the site went offline. Anyways I know the pain of running a website, so I'm not mad. 8)
