RSBandB Highscores

ok,so. On the RSBandB updates i went to the Woodcutting Highscores.
And i noticed that my 89 woodcutting was not on there....
And then it said i was not a member of the Highscores.
Can someone explain to me please?

You need to be an active member of RSBANDB.

By active do you mean like have to be on this website for a certain amount of time?
