how do u update the goal sig does it do it auto?

You can re-create it and that will update it, or you can just wait until 24 hours have passed and it will be updated.

They update every 24 hours at 12:00 am RSBANDB time. (-7 GMT)

They actually updated anywhere between every 24 hours and 36 hours depending on server load. But if you must have it updated right away just re-create it.
