They need a search button in the Users page. It would be very annoying for someone to have to go through many pages just to find a user. A Jump To feature would be useful also, on any of the pages here on RSBandB.

You can just go to:
profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=Dr Doom
*Only reason the link above doesn't work is because of the link parsing. But if you paste that into your address bar it will work

Just replace u=xxxxx with the username as you see it.
