Goal Bars

This sounds a bit dumb but I was wondering were and how i get one of those bars, I know the site has them I just couldnt find them. PLease help I want one for my 55 to 70 range quest.

Go to the main page and under "Signatures" at the top, click "Goal Signatures" in the drop down box. From there you can select from "Skill", "All Stats", "Item", And "Money". You want to select "Skill" then pick Ranged and from there it's pretty much self explanatory.
