How can I send my pictures to these forums?

Use the "img" button when writing a post or write:

[img]<put%20link%20here>[/img]

But if you wanted more detailed instructions, go to http://www.tinypic.com and click browse, find the picture you want, hit upload image, and just copy and paste whats next to the [img] onto your post...
