ok.here it goes.
first you should find the url link. once you have the link
type in [url=http://www.rsbandb.com]Click to come to RSBANDB[/url]
[url=*] put your url link in replace for *
[url=*]***[/url] *** can be the words that link to the url page

do you have your image's url? if yes, put that url in place of the *** and put around your pics url. so itll come out to be [img]***[/img]
