Guide section

I think we should make a guide/tutorial section so people can post and help others. Like we can post tutorials about photoshop and flash, and stuff, like reddre he can post tutorial about how he create those flashes, chewy_wok can teach us how to make the sig templates, and other artists can teach us how to make pixels
Also, we can also have guides about pk, training pure, avoid getting hacked or scammed, fast training and many other things! and if these are really good, they can be put into the runeHQ database

Definetly yes!! I was thinking of this for a long time!!
But I think it should be put into to sections..One is runescape related and one is not..
