Whats the little staff mean?

On the stuff that starts with Sticky theres a little staff what does that mean? and what does sticky mean? and dan please dont lock after your answer...the last one wasnt very helpful

Sticky means that its somewhat important. When you sticky a topic, it always is at the top of the page.. For example a price guide, so people dont have to scroll all the way down or something.

I would like to add.. It's easier to notice them than going through all the topics people have done
