ok i got enough of this

this message is for any admin in this forum..

my runescape name is Lon3 Wo7f.. many of my friends have told me there's a guy that likes using my name "lon3wo7f" on this forum... now it has been a few months since he started posting using my name.. and i'm getting people on runescape messaging me asking if it was me on rsbandb forums.

i managed to get to message this guy, which runescape name is zackaryb2.. he told me he can't change his name but he put on the "RS NAME" label his real rs name.. but yet people keep asking me if it was me here. it's not the first time i get wannabees to copy my name.. dunno why.. maybe i'm popular or just because i'm richer than them.

Please any admin change that guy name because he's just impersonating me and I don't want to have anything to do in these forums and it kinda bothers me after i've been having this problems from months. ty.

He's not impersonating you if his RS name is clearly labeled. :roll:

You don't hold copy write to the name. No doubt it's commonly used and unless he requests his name changed i don't see why we should do it.

He's not tried to pretend to be you while here, he's been a good positive, poster and has never tried to pretend to be someone he's not.

why can't you just change his forum name to his runescape name i wonder.. i don't check what he posts and people ask me stuff related to that and it's kinda annoying

I understand it may be frustrating i was more pointing out he isn't trying to impersonate you it's just his forum name.

I don't believe it should be changed unless he wants it to be changed or you provide us with solid proof he is using it just to impersonate you.

Saying that it really isn't down to me, i don't have powers to change names im just stating my opinion.

His runer miner barsig when he has 50 odd mining. lol.

Alright I am not really impersonating him but I am just rather "borrowing" his name its not because I am trying to impersonate him or anything but I just like the name...and yes I am a great Merchant just I really need to change my name and I have no idea of how to do it...and lonewolf *as seen above* is the real guy I actually know him on RS...and I really need to change my name so the real Lon3 Wo7f doesn't get extremely ***** at me...

Looks like the problem is solved, his name is z4ck now, so i'll lock this
