Regarding Topic Titles

Just a small request for a new rule:

Could you make a new rule saying that when posting a new topic, you must make it at least vaguely clear what the topic is about, not just "OMFG" or "CLICK HERE!" because topics like these annoy me so much. I always endeavour to make my topic title reflect whats actually in the post.

Sounds like a good idea..might be a bit of a pain to enforce though. o.0

I was thinking the first and second time it happens the offender gets an unofficial warning, then after that each successive time it happens gets an official warning.
