warnings

how do we know the amount of warnings we have and how many do we get before being banned?
maybe its a stupid question but i was wondering...

ok: i see that

if we have 4 warnings= 1 week ban
5 warnings= for life

now i just need to know how to find how many warnings i have.. probably zero but i am wondering HOW to find them..
