If you put it between the image tags it should come out the same size as it is shown as on your pc.

If you are using Imageshack as a host, instead of doing the thumbnail image, scroll down until you see "Direct Link to Image," then copy that and put it in between image tags.

If it's too small, click on it to see full size.

(this should work if you used direct link to image)
