help with sigs

i need help trying to find out how to put on my signatures how to get the guthix for life one.thank you anyone who helps.

-Ok first you need to upload the image you wish to have in your signature
some good places to upload are http://www.imageshack.us and http://www.photobucket.com
i would suggest imageshack as you dont have to register to use
-then copy the "direct link to image" url
-then go to your porfile on RSB&B and copy the url with image tags around it (image tags are [img]and[/img])
-so it will look like this

or since it's highly unklikely that they made it and most likely it's a free underbanner from a trusted site, just save and upload it yorself.
