In this post you can post your application to
lead the newspaper. You must be active when doing this, not appearing for many days at a time without excuse it not allowed. You must have good leadership skills (leading a clan or something that requires leadership would be good), you must have tech skills (ie. Be able to build a website that works and looks good), you must have writing skills, you must have good grammar and spelling, finally you should enjoy it.
This is not a topic to discuss the idea of a newspaper that should be done
here anyone going off topic will be dealt with accordingly.
