to put pics in your posts place the image tags around the url of the pic
to get the url go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload the pic u want and then copy "direct link to image" url
for example:

this pic would be

got it?
u can also do this to put pic in ur sig

Same way you put that image in your sig.

Make sure when hosting on image shack that you choose the correct code. Do not use the one that starts <a href=whatever> thats the wrong one. The ones that have [img]code[img] are the ones that work.
