sig maker broken :(

my friend wanted one of those sigs so i told him to go to this site but he got this error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ')' in /home/rsbandb/public_html/skillsinclude.php on line 4

i hope u can fix soon, shouldnt be too hard should it? probably just a missing ';' right? i dunno w.e gl
