They are forum ranks. The more you post on the RSBANDB forums, the better your rank will be. Right now you are a Bronze Member, but if you post on the forums, you soon may become an Iron Member, and so on.

The title you are given underneath your username relates to your posts. since you are a new member and havent made many posts and been involved in the forums much as yet you are a bronze member. but the more you post and stick around the sooner you will move up to the next rank, etc
