calculators!!! help!

When i put my user name in the calculators and click retrieve xp nothing happened. I then have to type all my stats in. How can i fix this

Perhaps that stat iof yours is not on the hiscore

Yes. The only stat you have on the highscores is your firemaking which is 34. Since the calculators find your stats off the highscores and you only have 1 then you will either have to get them up or type them all in. I think thats answered then.
