my combat not lvl up..why?

well,here my stat..att 61,str 68,def 60,magic 69,66 hp,45 pray,50 range

it jagex calc wrong?

The calculator is very accurate though Jagex does not read decimal.
Submit the correct stats by going to http://www.rsbandb.com/index.php?page=combat

if the calc said that your combat would lvl up, and it didnt in rs, then its because jagex doesnt give decimal places to the combat skill, and the combat calculators are slightly off sometimes. But you know that if you raise one more lvl, then you will get combat lvled.

It is true, The calculater might say like 99.999 but u wouldn't lvl up to 100, you would still be lvl 99

My combat also is not correct...i put in all the stats for 88 combat, got them and i am still 87...omg i was so happy too when i thought i would be 88

Err when i fill it all out then hit submit , it gives me this..

The calcs are very close, but they are still not 100% accurate.
