Rsbandb is affiliated with RuneHq, they could just ask the permission to use the database like RuneHq uses Rsbandb's calculators. But i think this database takes a lot of bandwith :shock:

Well we have access to use RuneHQ's Databases, but it will use too many resources & bandwidth, so at the moment the answer is no. However, it is a possibility for the future.
