Goal sigs Suggestion

There should be a Goal for Total exp.
Ex: current exp/5,000,000,000

Right now it has qp/lvl
It needs to show commas or have more spaces to fill in

We do have an overall XP signature. Just enter your name and choose overall XP and then enter your goal XP.

I did fix a bug with the max amount of numbers you can enter for an overall XP sig. Otherwise it appears to be working.
