Ouch, you got Rocket there... Anyways... So we should hit that report button right? But like when I get to the thingy where you describe what they did, what should we put for a spamming issue? Maybe like "this is clearly spam"... I dunno.

im not here to be all picky about the rules, im saying when this is done numerous times over and over it gets alil tiring you know. if someone does it once, its no big deal, but almost all the time you know thats just messed up. Thats when its considered spam. Not every single time someone does it though.. So no need to report every single post with only one word in it or something.

Uhh.. That doesn't really count .. Cause they post they posted did enough answer. The rule said just 'lol' or 'thx' is counted at spam.

Ok, well currently the rules don't really talk about punishments, I've been meaning to revise them, and to be more specific, but havn't had time lately.

But we basically have 3 ways to punish/warn people...

Unofficial Warning: -basically just a PM to someone, like a small warning, don't do it again kind of thing
Official Warning: -it emails your email address (im gonna try and modify it to PM them on forums too this weekend), and tells you which post you were warned for and tells you how many warnings you currently have. 5 warnings = a ban.
Ban: -an automatic ban will be the punishment if someone: posts links to scamming sites, posts graphic nudity, or something else that is not appropiate at all.

There are also other cases where we may ban someone for a few days.

And no you will not get banned for posting topics in the wrong forum... but if it happens repeatedly lots you may recieve warnings.

Spam is something that is hard to deal with, we try and keep forums clean by locking topics that become really spammy, and warning people who spam frequently.

This weekend I will try and get the rules revised to give more information on this matter, and more specific rules.
