You might want to check out why it has Content Crew marked as global mods.

It's not messed up.

Anyone who has Moderation abilities is a Moderator. Global Moderators are denoted as "All forums" instead of a drop-down of the ones they can moderate.

Everything is fine. I tested permissions on a content crew person. It's a technicality that will be fixed Mike informs me. It's based on because they have the site cp permisson which is a global mod permission. So everything is fine.
