Wierd looking screenshots

i've seen several weird looking screenshots in which the lines are very bold and the colors look strange. here is an example, thanks

First of all... this is not related to the rsbandb site so i am gonna lock it...

And those pictures are editted in paint or photoshop, the darkend lines give a kind of interesting effect i guess that some people use.
