Put some of my friends' rs names in my secondary rs accounts field so they can be on the rsbandb highscores?

No you can't, only your RuneScape names.

Anyways, why would your friends want to be on the highscores of a site that they are not a part of and know ones knows who they are?

RSBANDB Rules wrote:

* Fake RS names, or RS names that do not belong to you are not allowed in these fields.
* If we find that you have a fake name in either of these fields, you will be issued a warning and be permanently removed from the RSBANDB Highscore system.
* If you do not wish to be in the RSBANDB highscores, simply leave these fields blank.

So as you can see if you were to enter them you'd be removed permanently yourself. So I'd suggest that you not do it.
