Tip was infact runehqs rival not only was we having a castle wars match i also got a warning once for meantioning there stupid site. Rv doesnt compete its only there forums thats any good..and there to packed anywho

to tell you the truth I didn't know runehq and rv are rivals I like both and I like this and rv even though I think rv forums are better...I'm not a rv spy and there are none.

packed as in good people...Yea they have mansalughter,enille,svstoned,and more so I guess they have a lot of good people.
o yea this forum is faster than rv but rv has mods on all of the time.

Yea, I didn't like RHQ much anyway since they turned me down as market mod (yay! all the mods arent mods anymore!!!).
Anyway, thanks for welcoming me too. Only complaint I have is that you can't change the template around... Nice site tho.

Well I was a RuneHQ moderator, and I just want to say hi. I actually managed to quit the personnel mere hours before Gene announced that we would be closing.
Thanks for giving me this welcoming. Though I had an account here for quite a while, it is nice to be welcomed, because, before RuneHQ closed, I had a single post here.

Yeah, i've moved here since runehq shut down and personally I like it much better. It's much more personal and friendly.

on the longer quests, i used runehq guides. i followed them step by step, and there was always a flaw in the guide. something missing that was important. the price list on runehq was also often inaccurate.

for these reasons, especially the flaws in the guides, i don't like runehq. their skill guides were nice though.

if any old runehq users are still searching for a forum, i suggest you alteast check out RSCB.

we recently changed hosts so the guides are still getting copied to the new host. but the forum is going strong with 120+ members.

I am not at all trying to take any of rsbandb members away, i am just suggesting members atleast try out RSCB. Friendly members and helpful moderators. rsBandB is a great site and many of our forum users use their great stat sigs. rsBandB is also listed on top of the RSCB top 200 so congrats on that.

I think their guide is perfect, at least it was the best in runescape. and why are u advertising that website when they already got a home in rsbandb?

i found that the longer quests often had a mistake or missing an important part of the quest.

and i doubt all the members of RuneHQ are going to register at only 1 forum. many of them are going to register at a couple forums, try them out, and then call one of them their home. i am just showing them there is another option.

Thanks for the kind welcome. I used to be a Global Moderator at RuneHQ before it shut down. I had donated tons of time uploading guides and writing guides, especially almost all of the free world city guides, which are now gone. (but I would give to RsB&B if they ever made that area) I have joined at both RV and Tip.it, but both of them are slow, not as organized as RsB&B, and I don't like them as much. I hope to make my new home here.

Now I would suggest that RsB&B start a monster and item DB, and also a special reports area. I think those are the remaining things that made RuneHQ so good, and aren't already here.

I shall try to make my home here.

Thank you for the warm welcome.. I just signed up yesterday - altthough I've been at this site several times, I never got that forum user created

I hope to find a new good home in RSBandB.. It won't be the same for a while.. But over time - we old RHQ'ers will get used to being here
