posting pictures

how do i put a picture on this website, it wont let me cut and paste or anything like that, so how?

check that out and also when you post the link to a picture put these tags around the link..

You can cut and paste your pictures, then upload them to an Imag hosting site like imageshack or photobucket. From there, you can put them on the forums, but copying and pasting the lik you see with the [img] tags.
