I think you're talking about an avatar.

Click profile at the top...

Then go to the bottom.

You'll have to upload your image to the internet first. Once you do, take the URL of the image and paste it in that box and, there ya go, you got an avatar.

NOTE: Or you can just get an avatar from their gallery.
